Here at Myrsol we strive to give our customers the best Web experience ever. We have all heard the horror stories of how someone purchased a website and it took months before it ever went live. That is one experience our customers will never have because we are very upfront with our customers when creating their website.

The primary reason for a long delay is poor communication. Poor communication on either side can postpone any project by weeks or even months. Myrsol strives to keep in constant communication with our clients before, during and after any project. We ask our customers during the development process to answer all our emails as quickly as possible and respond to our phone calls just as quickly. A delay on the customers end can not only slow down the development of your website but can also slow the development of any future customer’s websites as well.

Below you will find a number of questions that we will need answered as soon as possible. Please copy this page into an editor of your choice so you can answer these questions at your convenience. Please take a moment to review these questions in full before you start to answer them. Please wait until you have answered all the questions before sending them to us. These questions are vital for us to complete your website and are not to be taken lightly. Remember some of the questions that you answer here will be seen by thousands of potential clients. Layout, Font and Color examples:

Please provide us with a few urls to sites that you find appealing when it comes to their layout, fonts and colors. If you find that you like special things about different sites simply list the urls and what you like about them. Please note Myrsol in no way will every copy someone's site layout or content.

Colors

Please let us know what your primary color along with two other colors you would like for your site. If you would like to send us to some websites which contain the colors of your liking you are welcome to provide links to those sites as well as some information on what it is you like about the sites you are giving us. When selecting your colors please send us the hex values. You can visit a number of color wheel sites on the web to get these values. There is an example of on at

You can just pick the 3 colors and send us the hex values. Note the hex values start with #. Your quick start will come with one color setup and it is very important that you tell us the exact colors you want such that you don't get charge for us having to correct the colors because the shade of colors you provided is not the correct. By using Hex values for you colors we will know the exact color that you want on your site.

Header Images

If you can take a moment and visit www.istock.com you can find a number of images there to select from. If you have your own images you would like to use, please send them to us so we can see if they are the correct size (at least 1024x768) to fit your header. From www.istock you can purchase the medium images. We suggest you select between 3 and 5 images for us to rotate on your header. I you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Search Registration

Some agents like to have buyers register before they can see the details of any properties. Other agents like to allow the buyer to view a few property details but after so many views, have them required to register to see anymore. Myrsol understand the needs of our clients and therefore we have provided you with the ability to require registration in a dynamic way. Please let us know how you would like your required registration setup for the "View" property detail page as well as the searches a user can do before they are required to register. If you do not wish to require your clients to register you can just tell us unlimited.

Content You Provide To Us

Potential clients visiting your website are looking for well written informative content. Well written content will certainly persuade and compel your potential clients engage your services. Good content works as your sales rep and is your first impression on any potential clients. The content is also very important because it will greatly influence your search engine ranking. This is critical because high search engine rankings help your business reach a much larger audience.

Quality content will help improve page ranking and can be the difference between ranked on page one and page ten of search engines. That being said please take time when writing your content and if you have your content written by a professional make sure they do their research and associate the proper key words for you business.

• Please provide us with the content to the pages you wish to have on your site. If you are not sure of the content but you do want certain pages listed in the navigation then just let us know the names you would like for the pages so we can go a head and setup the links and you or we can fill in the content once it is ready.
• Please provide us with an in depth bio of yourself and any other agents we have agreed to put in for you. If this information is posted somewhere else already simply point us to that location.

Email Accounts

Please send us all the email accounts along with their passwords that you would like to have setup on this site. Please make sure to note the primary email account as well so we know which account to have all client inquires sent to. If you wish to have the inquires sent to more than one account please let us know the primary and any the other accounts for us to cc them to.

Email Forwards

Please send us all the email forwards you wish to have setup on this domain. We also would like to know if you want the forwards to keep mail to the forwarding address on the server or not. Please do note that any mail kept on the server must be removed by you or your mailbox could become full and will then bounce messages back to the sender.

Quick Links

Some layouts will have a section for feature locations or hot links. If you selected a layout with these links we will need you to provide us with a list of 15-20 cities,areas,schools and or subdivisions/Neighborhoods that you prefer. Please section these out so we know which are schools or areas etc.

Quick Search

Some layouts will have a quick search that will allow your buyers to quickly search from the home page of your site. If you have selected a layout with a quick search please provide us with a list of up to 15 cities to populate the quick search with. Remember this is a quick search and we don't want the buyers to have to filter through a large number of cites that is why we try to keep 15 or less.

Company Logo

If you wish, or you must have your company logo on your site please provide us with the raw image. What I mean is the psd file or raw data file that was used to create your company logo. This is need such that we can re-size, change the background of your log in order to make it fit with your site correctly. Myrsol strives to keep our sites very clean and crisp and easy to read.
